Laura Pearson

Board Member

Former restaurant manager in the NYC area.  Laura previously owned a high volume restaurant in St. Petersburg, FL.  The operation necessitated 100 employees with 7 full time cooks and 2 full time bakers. When her children were younger, Laura worked with a national chain in several capacities.  She then spent 18 years at Tech Data Corporation as a manager in reverse logistics.   Along with a passion for all things culinary, Laura is an advocate for keeping the Arts  in Pinellas County schools and as such volunteers for many musical and visual events.  Laura has served greater than 10 years on the Board of Directors for the Pinellas Youth Symphony and currently serves on the Board for A Cappella Bay Show Chorus.  Along with her husband Jeff, Laura was the Pinellas County Education volunteer of the year in 2014.
