Carrie Wells

Carrie Wells was born in Indiana but spent most of my life in Florida in Pinellas County.  The oldest of a family of five children, it was only natural that she have a career as a registered nurse. After attending Seminole High School, she earned her nursing degree from St. Petersburg Junior College. Moving frequently the first few years of her married life, she worked at several hospitals mainly on the triage floor and finally settled at Mease Countryside when the family moved to Palm Harbor, Florida. After Ryan’s passing, Carrie retired as a nurse however to this day, she remains very active with her roles for the foundation, as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her interests include being a good grandmother, gardening, painting, and decorating.  She never has been one to sit still for too long and can often be found gardening in her lakefront house in Palm Harbor.
